Most Effective Recovery of the Year

This award will be given to the company, or individual responsible for achieving the most effective business recovery in the face of adversity over the past year. Examples could include hardware/software failure, product recall, fire and natural disasters. Nominations should be submitted in the form of a 2,000 word statement, and should outline the nature of the problem faced and how it was countered. Nominees should explain the procedures used to facilitate crisis recovery time, how any additional problems which became apparent during the recovery process were dealt with and, finally, the lessons learned and subsequent improvements made to business continuity plans.
